Enterprise Network International Group (Pty) Ltd operates this website and the enquiry, subscription and registration forms on it. Our contact details appear on the Contact page.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the subject of your enquiry, your message and any document you attach. We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, which helps us keep the site working.
Why we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, route it to the correct subsidiary, keep a record of the conversation and, if you subscribed, to send updates on opportunities, programmes and events. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
Enquiries are seen by the ENI team members who handle that type of request. Where a request involves more than one subsidiary, the relevant teams see the enquiry so that they can respond together. Service providers who host our email and website may process the data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference and legal purposes. Subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to receiving marketing messages. Email info@enigroup.co.za and we will respond.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial details through the enquiry form.
